ORDER PERFECTION AND PAYMENT
- Verification: Prior to order acceptance, FF Soluciones S.A. will verify payment confirmation through our secure electronic transaction gateways.
- Contract Finalization: A purchase agreement is only perfected once the customer receives an official confirmation email accepting the purchase order and validating successful payment.
- Pricing & Taxes: The customer shall assume all applicable taxes and shipping fees arising from the purchase, which will be itemized during the checkout process.
4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY
- Delivery Timeframe: Standard delivery takes approximately five (5) business days, starting from the business day following order acceptance and successful payment.
- Delivery Schedule: Deliveries are conducted Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Failed Deliveries: If the buyer or an authorized recipient is absent at the time of delivery, the carrier will reschedule. A third failed attempt will require the customer to coordinate and cover additional costs for a new shipment or collect the order at our main branch.
- Geographical Coverage: Deliveries are restricted to the zones and mainland territories within Colombia covered by our contracted transport providers.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (DERECHO DE RETRACTO)In compliance with Colombian Consumer Law, users have the right to autonomously withdraw from their purchase under the following conditions:
- Timeframe: The request must be submitted within five (5) business days following the delivery of the product.
- Product Condition: The item must be returned unused, in its original and undamaged packaging, completely intact, and with all its original parts, manuals, and accessories.
- Restocking Fee: Every approved return under the right of withdrawal will incur a handling and restocking charge of at least 10% of the product's total value.
- Refund Method: Reimbursements will be issued via a redeemable credit voucher (store credit note) within thirty (30) calendar days following the physical receipt and approval of the returned merchandise.
- Exclusions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom orders, personalized items, products that have been cut, fabricated, or prepared to specific user dimensions, nor to industrial equipment such as Electromagnetic or Ultrasonic meters.
6. PRODUCT EXCHANGE POLICY
- Timeframe: The maximum period to request a product exchange for commercial reasons is sixty (60) calendar days from the purchase date.
- Requirements: The customer must present the original purchase invoice or receipt. Products must be in perfect condition, inside their original packaging, and include all manuals and components.
7. WARRANTY POLICY
- Standard Coverage: All products are subject to the specific warranty periods provided by the manufacturer. In the absence of a specified manufacturer timeframe, a default one (1) year warranty coverage will apply.
- Technical Evaluation: Every warranty claim is subject to a technical assessment by our expert area to determine the root cause of the defect. The diagnostic process can take between thirty (30) to sixty (60) business days.
- Exclusions: Warranties are void if the damage is caused by force majeure, acts of God, unauthorized third-party tampering, product misuse, or improper handling/packaging by the consumer contrary to the user manual.
- Logistics Costs: If the product requires technical assessment and is located outside the original delivery city, the customer must assume all transportation and freight costs to bring the item to our service center.
8. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION POLICYBy registering and operating on this site, the user expressly authorizes FF Soluciones S.A. to process their personal data in accordance with Colombian Data Protection Law 1581 of 2012 and Statutory Decree 1377 of 2013.
- Purposes: Data collection is strictly used for executing the contractual relationship, processing transactions, shipping management, customer service, statistical analysis, fraud prevention, and marketing or promotional communications.
