The standard delivery commitment for products purchased through this website within Colombian territory is five (5) business days, calculated from the day following acceptance of the purchase order and confirmation of successful payment. Orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided at the time of purchase, on the scheduled date, within the hours permitted by law, under normal daylight and safety conditions, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Goods will be delivered to the address indicated by the customer. Bulky or heavy items (PVC pipes, ductile iron fittings, polyethylene pipes, geotextiles, etc.) will be left on the ground floor of the delivery address. For gated communities or multi‑unit properties where entry is restricted, delivery will be made at the main gate or reception. For pedestrian‑only areas, goods will be delivered as far as the transport vehicle can access. The purchase receipt will be sent to the delivery address within ten (10) business days from the purchase date for major cities, and within fifteen (15) business days for other locations. If a delivery attempt is made and the customer or their authorized representative is not present, delivery may be rescheduled following telephone contact to inform the customer and arrange a new date. If a third delivery attempt is required due to the customer’s absence, an additional fee equal to the original transportation charge stated on the invoice will apply.
