 FERRETERÍA FOREROWITHDRAWAL OR RETURN PROCEDURE The withdrawal or return procedure is described below: 

1. The customer must correctly fill out the RETURN REQUEST form. This form is available upon request via email to: servicioalciente@ffsoluciones.com. You must attach the delivery receipt or sales invoice, and then send the completed form back through the same email address. 
2. The Customer Service department will verify the documentation. If all the above requirements are met, the customer will be notified of the product shipping conditions (including product condition, packaging, and costs related to the return, among other details). If requirements are not met, the return request will be denied. 
3. The customer may ship or deliver the product using the method of their choice, and must send or bring it to the FF Soluciones S.A. office where the original purchase was made. 
4. The Customer Service department will inspect the product’s condition before accepting the return. If the product does not meet the conditions set forth in this policy, the return will be rejected. 
5. If the return is rejected, the customer will be responsible for physically collecting their merchandise from FF Soluciones S.A. facilities and covering all associated costs. 
6. If the return meets all acceptance requirements, the Customer Service department will issue a credit note and deliver it to the customer. This credit note is valid for one (1) year.
