 FERRETERÍA FOREROWITHDRAWAL OR RETURN PROCEDURE Below is the procedure for withdrawal or return: 

1. The customer must correctly fill out the RETURN REQUEST form, which is available upon request via email to: servicioalciente@ffsoluciones.com, attaching the delivery receipt or sales invoice, and then send it back through the same email address. 
2. The Customer Service department shall verify the documentation; if it meets the above requirements, the customer will be notified of the conditions for shipping the product (product condition, packaging, and costs related to the return, among others); otherwise, the return will be denied. 
3. The customer shall ship or deliver the product, using the method of their choice, to the FF Soluciones S.A. office where the purchase was made. 
4. The Customer Service department will verify the condition of the product before accepting the return; if it does not meet the conditions stated in this policy, the return will be rejected. 
5. If the return is rejected, the customer shall be responsible for physically collecting and covering all costs related to the merchandise owned by them that was brought to FF Soluciones S.A. facilities. 
6. If the return meets all acceptance requirements, the Customer Service department will issue a credit note and deliver it to the customer. The credit note is valid for one (1) year.
